BASUG Post-UTME/DE 2022: cut-off mark, eligibility, registration and screening details

This is to inform all prospective candidates into Bauchi State University Gadau that the online screening exercise for 2022/2023 admissions has commenced. All prospective candidates into the various programmes of the University who have scored 140 points and above in their 2022 JAMB/UTME should visit the University’s website at www.basug.edu.ng for the screening procedure.

All candidates who are awaiting their O’Level results are to indicate clearly AWAITNG RESULT (AR) in the grades column on the screening form. Candidates are to make available such results once they are released by the Examination bodies during physical screening.

ELIGIBILITY:

To be eligible for the admission, a candidate must have:

Scored a minimum of 140 points in the 2022 UTME examination;

Obtained a minimum of five (5) relevant credits at O’ level (including English and Mathematics);

Sat for the relevant UTME subject combination in the 2022 JAMB examination;

Direct Entry (DE) candidates shall in addition to the minimum of five (5) O’ level relevant credits (including English and Mathematics) must have scored a minimum of 7 points in IJMB or NCE and at least lower credit in ND.

MODE OF PAYMENT:

Eligible candidates are to create accounts and pay the sum of Two Thousand Naira Only (N2,000.00) for the screening exercise through the online screening portal on https://basug_screened.admissions.cloud
