3. DATE: 2nd and 3rd November,2022

COURSE: B.Nsc Nursing

VENUE: School of nursing sciences, Federal medical centre, azare bauchi state

2. All affected candidates should ensure to do the following tasks unfailingly before the Exercise

Upload their ‘O” Level on JAMB CAPS otherwise their admission will not be processed.

Bring evidence of Change to the Course/Institution to FUHSA as first choice.

Bring originals and photocopies of their Academic Credentials for the screening exercise.

Bring one (1) Passport Photograph.

Bring Writing materials for the Test.

Bring scratch cards of the ‘0’ Level examination they are submitting.

Payment of N2000 Screening Fee at the Venue
