Ufuoma’s educational journey started at Alama Private School in Jos, Plateau State, and later at Tunwase Nursery and Primary School in Ikeja, Lagos, and Molly International Nursery and Primary School in Ajao Estate. For her secondary education, she attended Federal Government College in Odogbolu, Ogun State. She furthered her studies and earned a French language degree from the University of Lagos, where she also participated in a Federal Government scholarship holiday program.

In 2004, she achieved great success as the 1st runner-up in the prestigious Miss Nigeria beauty pageant. Subsequently, Ufuoma ventured into acting and made her debut in Zeb Ejiro’s film “The President Must Not Die” in 2004.
